Karen is a teacher, librarian, media specialist and a Talented and Gifted Program Coordinator in the Springfield Public Schools.

Vice President: James Underwood
James is a super star teacher and an award winning coach in Springfield Public Schools. He brings enthusiasm and energy to our board and coordinates our high school student volunteers.
Treasurer: Ken Raymen
Ken is an extremely active community and school volunteer. He is also the founder of We All Win Inc.

Secretary: Kittie Yates
Kittie is a retired elementary school teacher. She brings a wealth of knowledge about education, reading instruction, children and families to our board.
